Sponsor Information As we begin the 23nd Year of the Pregnancy Help Center, we are enthusiastically preparing for the seventh "most friendly competitive" annual Walk For Life which will be held at Wichita Falls and Vernon locations. We are looking forward to our fun team-oriented event bringing even more people this year. The addition of teams was so well received last year that we believe we will have even a greater increase in the number of groups participating in the Walk. With help from our Sponsors, we will be able again this year to raise "friends and funds" that will benefit our ministry at the Pregnancy Help Center in Texoma. This year's WALK will be held again on Mother's Day weekend, Saturday, May 10, 2008, honoring motherhood by bringing families together for this special event filled with activities for everyone. Our walk begins at the Lucy Park Pavilion in Wichita Falls and continues along the scenic Circle Trail where participants can enjoy the scenery while contributing to the financial support of the Center. In Vernon, the Walk will be held at the Vernon High School Stadium as participants walk to the beat of their "favorite tunes". We continue to see the necessity of our services and programs to be a part of restoring family values for our community. It is a joy to celebrate on this special day the efforts of teams, groups, families, and individuals in helping us to make a positive difference in the lives of Texoma families. There are children's activities, face paintings, music, continental breakfast and exciting prizes and gifts for all who participate in the event. We need your help in making our 2008 Walk a great success. We are asking for your support! The funds raised at the event will go directly toward providing the services and programs to women, expectant fathers, and families facing unplanned pregnancies throughout the Texoma area. The following is a list of services and programs the Pregnancy Help Center provides free of charge to families in Wichita Falls and Vernon.
